Our manufacturing floor has received a new Keysight i3070 Series 6 In-Circuit Tester which we are excited to show off.  The i3070 Series 6 tester allows Circuit Check to be up to date with the latest testing technology and improve manufacturing efficiencies.

This system is designed for Industry 4.0 and supports in-circuit testing across a variety of PCBA sizes and applications, including IoT, 5G communication, automotive, medical, industrial, mil/aero and computer networking sectors. The i3070 features a short wire fixture design that ensures the shortest signal path between the measurement circuitry and the devices being tested.  This concept coupled with Circuit Check’s wireless fixture technology that replaces wires with a highly organized and designed printed circuit board is crucial for reducing unwanted residual capacitance, enhancing resistance to crosstalk, and eliminating stray signal interference, leading to more consistent and repeatable measurement results.
